บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาปริมาณโลหะแคดเมี่ยม ทองแดงและสังกะสีในปลา หมึกและกุ้ง จากอ่าวไทยบริเวณรอยต่อระหว่างน่านน้ำไทยและเวียดนามด้วยวิธี Atomic absorption spectrophotmetry โดยเก็บตัวอย่างจำนวน 2 เที่ยวเรือ คือ พฤศจิกายน 2540 และสิงหาคม 2541 ผลปรากฏว่าปริมาณโลหะที่พบในเนื้อปลามีค่าต่ำสุด และสูงสุดในกุ้ง ปริมาณที่พบในหมึกก็สูงเช่นกัน โดยเฉพาะในหมึกกระดองพบปริมาณโลหะสะสมโดยเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าหมึกชนิดอื่น และพบว่าหนังของหมึกชนิดต่างๆ มีการปนเปื้อนของโลหะสูงกว่าในเนื้อและหนวด นอกจานั้นในการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2529 และ 2540 พบว่ามีการเพิ่มขึ้นของโลหะทองแดงและสังกะสีในหมึกทั้ง 3 ชนิด อย่างไรก็ตามปริมาณโลหะที่ตรวจพบในครั้งนี้ ก็ยังไม่สูงจนอาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายกับผู้บริโภค

Abstract 

The study of cadmium, copper and zinc accumulation in some fishes, cephalopods and shrimps were carried out by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The specified samples were collected twice in November 1997 and August 1998 from the trawled catches in the Gulf of Thailand, at the bordered areas between Thai and Vietnamese waters. The results revealed that the accumulation of these heavy metals in fishes were lowest whilst highest in shrimp. The accumulation in cephalopods were also rather high, particularly in cuttlefish, and it was remarkable that the skin of cephalopods were contaminated with heavy metals higher than the mantle and tentacle. Additionally the increasing of zinc and copper in 3 kinds of cephalopods between 1986 and 1997 were also noticeable. However, the accumulated amount in these fishery resources were lower than the hazardous limit for consumers.
