บทคัดย่อ

การเลี้ยงปลากรายในกระชังด้วยอาหารต่างกัน 4 ชนิด คือ ปลาเป็ดบด ซากปลาบด ซากไก่บด และอาหารเม็ดสำเร็จรูป ได้ทำการทดลองที่ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืดลพบุรี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2544 ถึงวันที่ 6 พฤศจิกายน 2544 รวมระยะเวลา 189 วัน ใช้กระชังขนาด 1 ลูกบาศก์เมตร ปล่อยปลากระชังละ 50 ตัว ขนาดความยาวเริ่มต้นเฉลี่ย 24.65±1.52, 24.73±0.05, 24.75±1.45 และ 24.32±1.16 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักตัวเฉลี่ย 105.61±20.88, 98.55±1.37, 100.74±21.54 และ 96.30±13.82 กรัม ตามลำดับ เมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลองพบว่าปลามี ความยาวตัวเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 43.31±0.28, 40.85±0.80, 34.58± 0.97 และ 40.29±0.78 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักตัวเฉลี่ย 668.70±23.07, 492.00±14.14, 282.67± 17.04 และ 500.75±26.72 กรัม อัตราการรอดตาย 90.67, 86.00, 86.00 และ 86.50 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ผลผลิตสุทธิเท่ากับ 25.05±2.12, 16.25±2.07, 7.11±1.15 และ16.84±2.70 กิโลกรัม อัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อมีค่าเท่ากับ 4.68, 7.25, 12.38 และ 1.62  อาหารราคากิโลกรัมละ 11, 4, 6 และ 21.50 บาท คิดเป็นต้นทุนการเลี้ยงเฉพาะค่าอาหารเท่ากับ 51.48, 29.00, 74.28 และ 34.83 บาท/กิโลกรัม  ตามลำดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าปลาชุดการทดลองที่ให้ปลาเป็ดบดมีการเจริญเติบโตและผลผลิตสุทธิสูงสุดส่วนชุดการทดลองที่ให้ซากไก่บดมีค่าที่ต่ำสุด    อัตราการรอดตายทุกชุดการทดลองไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract

Rearing Spotted Featherback (Chitala ornata) with 4 different types of feed; minced trash fish, minced fish carcass, minced chicken head, commercial pellet feed was conducted at Lopburi Inland Fisheries Research and Development Center. Fifty fish with mean length of 24.65±1.52, 24.73±0.05, 24.75±1.45 and 24.32±1.16 cm and weight of 105.61±20.88, 98.55±20.88, 100.74±1.37 and 96.30±13.82g were stocked into each twelve 1 m³ floating cages and raised for 189 days from May, 2, 2001 to November, 2, 2001.

At the end of rearing period, fish attained mean length of 43.31±0.28, 40.85± 0.80,  34.50±0.97 and 40.29±0.78 cm and body weight of 668.70±23.07, 492.00±0.97, 282.67±17.05 and 500.75±26.72 g respectively. Statistical analysis showed that fish raised with mixed trash fish had highest growth rate. Poorest result obtained from mixed chicken head. Survival rate were not significantly different among treatments bring 90.67, 86.00, 86.00 and 86.50%, respectively.  FCR were 4.68, 7.25, 12.38 and 1.62 with net production of 25.05±2.12, 16.25±2.07, 7.11±1.15 and 16.84±2.70 kg, at feeding cost of 51.48, 29.00, 74.28 and 34.83 Bath / kg
